Our price guide is designed to offer transparency and clarity about the costs of our occupational therapy services, ensuring you can make informed decisions about your care and budgeting.
Occupational Therapy Sessions
Occupational Therapy sessions are billed at the ndis rate of $193.99 per hour. Every OT session also includes time for session preparation and clinical documentation. Please see an outline of session structure/pricing below.

45 minute sessions:

Travel
As we are a mobile service, all therapy sessions will have a travel cost in additional to the session fee. Travel time will be charged at the rate of $97 per hour. In line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements, the maximum allowable travel time in MMM1-3 zones is up to 30 minutes each way (to and from the session location).​

In addition to travel time, kilometres are charged at $0.99c per kilometre. This is in line with the NDIS price limits, and covers vehicle costs such as fuel, wear and tear, and insurance.

To minimise this cost, we will aim to group clients in the same geographical area, and split this charge amongst participants for the day. Upon intake, a travel quote will be provided based on the above conditions.
Reporting
Report writing is an important part of a therapy journey. This could include, but is not limited to, ndis review reports, progress reports and support letters. These services will only take place on request. The time taken will be charged at the rate of $193.99 per hour.
Non Face to Face Services
This could include, but is not limited to, the creation of social stories, visual schedules, home therapy programs, stakeholder meetings and liaison with other stakeholders. The time taken to complete these services will be charged at the rate of $193.99 per hour.
Assessments
Occupational therapists conduct assessments to provide valuable insights into a client's strengths, challenges, and specific needs. They guide the development of tailored treatment plans, track progress over time, and inform adjustments to therapy. Any assessments will be charged at the rate of $193.99 per hour, and travel costs may also be required. Please reach out for a quote on your specific circumstances.
